We are inspired by the simplicity of the shapes, complemented by an infinity pool, where one of the models of the house hangs on the lower volume as if levitating on it.
This house was designed for a plot in Cascais. It has an area of 350 square meters, with a large living room, with open space kitchen, 3 bedrooms and an office garage.
The aim is to provide a feeling of spaciousness in any room of the house, from the entrance to the living room and kitchen work in a single set, with the stairway involving the entire space.
The roof is flat, with rainwater collection, to feed the water mirror that surrounds the entire rear elevation.
The pool is heated by geothermal, to make use of energy.
The skylight glass has an automatic cleaning system, as well as that of the pool using the clearglass system.
Used as Dinesen wood materials, Porcelanosa toilets.
The furniture was designed by our team, in order to be a unique space.
